Love hurdling? So do I. That's why I started building this web site. Since I am a hurdler, I often get questions about training, diet, meets, etc. Thus, the idea for a site like this was born.
As you can see, this web site is being slowly built. When it's complete, it will have workouts, interviews with great hurdlers, race results from meets around the world and more.
Currently, everything is accessable simply by browsing. However, please register so I can keep you informed when I make updates.

Aries Merritt broke Tennessee's school 55-meter hurdles record Saturday after finishing his preliminary heat in 7.10 seconds at the Gator Invitational in Gainesville, Fla. Merritt, a junior from Marietta, Ga., surpassed Jabari Greer's 7.13 SEC championship effort from 2003, also run at Florida's O'Connell Center.
